Submissions


Official Submissions:

 

The official submissions (submissions of the ISCM members) can only be entered

digitally by the ISCM members using the “submission wizard” on the ISCM website:

www.iscm.org/members/submission/wizard

The last-entry deadline is December 31, 2017 (Beijing time).

Entries will not be sent back to submitters.

 

 

All submissions must be accompanied by the following materials and information:

 

1. PDF Score, or in the case of compositions without a written score-- audio/video documentation.


2. Wherever possible, an audio or video recording of the work.


3. Program notes of the submitted work in English (max 150 words).


4. Technical rider with the specification of all equipment that is necessary to perform the work.


5. Proof of nationality of the composer (copy of passport).


6. Proof of payment of the entry fee*.

 


Individual Submissions:


The last-entry deadline is December 31, 2017 (Beijing time).


*An entry fee of 50 euros applies to individual submissions. It should be paid by one of the following ways:
